January 2013 Ghana Mission Trip

We were able to give medicine to just over 1,000 villagers in two medical clinics. There were many children with malaria, painful stomachs, and unsanitary bathing in the muddy water causing blood in urine, and all needing de-wormer medicine. We also treated many skin rash cases. The medical and HIV clinics all began with singing and preaching and many responded publicly to receive Jesus Christ.

The Living Hope staff in Ghana assisted with the clinics and the prison and hospital ministry. Sister Rose (Mrs. Noah Beachy) and fellow worker Lester Miller spent hours in the muggy Ghana sun praying for villagers as they left the clinic to walk home. Even the little children rushed forward to have someone pray for them.
